These villas are situated to the south of Lido di Spina in a quiet area, opposite the pine forest, far from the traffic, 400m from the sea and 50m from the shops. They are on ground or first floors and have a small garden and private entrance with a large balcony or terrace.
2 bedroom villa (approx 50mq) sleeps 4+2: contain one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, living room with sleeping space for one, cooking area, or separate kitchen (with washingmachine and in some app. dishwasher too ), microwave, bathroom with shower, TV, satellite decoder for satellites Astra and Hotbird, air conditioning/heat pump, safe, WI-FI service. mosquito net, safety box, large balcony/terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.
