For reservations write, fax or send an email to: Agenzia L’Onda. The booking have to be confirmed by sending 40% of the rental amount (by bank transfer) by the date indicated in the contract.
In case of booking-cancellations the agency will apply the following conditions:
- 10% of the rental for cancellations received till 40 days before the arrival.
Cancellation for free antil 30 day before rhe arrival.
Beyond this limit of time the agency takes the right to apply different terms of refund.
Arrival: saturday after 16 p.m.
Departure: saturday before 9 a.m.
Your personal data will be inserted in the electronic data bank of the L'Onda Organizzazione Turistica and in accordance with the requirements of Law 675/96 regarding the use of personal data. Use of your data, for which we guarantee maximum security, will be made to inform you of our latest events and offers. Your data will not be supplied to third parties and you may request at any moment their modification, cancellation, or declare your opposition to use being made of them, by writing to the Data Manager, L’Onda Organizzazione Turistica. If you do not wish to receive communications you should tick the appropriate box.
